Schools and students

Schools, teachers or students, organize an event

Are you a teacher, schoolchild or student who would like to organize an event in support of children with cancer?

Here are a few examples of different actions that have been organized in schools or by students. They may give you the inspiration you need to organize your own action.

For Zoé4life, it's very important to meet the teachers and pupils of the various schools who wish to support us. That's why we regularly visit classrooms to explain the association's work. It's also an opportunity to talk to students about the project to which they would like to donate the funds they have raised.

Christmas Market

A Christmas market with the sale of students' crafts or a bake sale.

Solidarity walk

A solidarity walk where students are sponsored, or a sponsored dictation.

Show

A show put on by the students, with a hat at the end to raise donations.

Get your students involved in supporting children with cancer and make a real difference!

Schools, students - Organize an event to support children with cancer.

Some teachers want to support an association through school work:

  • Together with their teacher, one class organized a sale of rolls and chocolate bars during recess to raise money for Zoé4life. In this way, the pupils learned to manage a budget, a stock and a schedule to organize the sales in turn.
  • Others grew vegetables, tended them for months on end, and then sold them at the market in aid of Zoé4life. They had also studied the association's work so as to be able to answer their customers' questions.
  • A teacher has set up a 10-session endurance running training program with his pupils, in preparation for the Lausanne 4km, with a sponsorship system.
  • Every year, a school organizes a traditional Christmas carol concert, raising funds through a soup sale.
  • A class took part in our event Day4life. The students rehearsed a song and came on stage to sing it for us.
  • 3 young uni field hockey coaches organized a course for their students at our Move4life event.

For each of these actions, we are happy to come and explain the association's work to students and teachers.
