We use a variety of measures to keep your Personal Data confidential and secure, including restricting access to your Personal Data on a need to know basis and following appropriate security standards to protect your data.
Communication between your browser and the server hosting our website is encrypted. Your personal data is transmitted securely using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Why do we process your Personal Data?
We process your Personal Data, including any sensitive personal data that you have provided to us with your consent, to communicate with you, fulfil your purchase orders, answer your queries, provide accurate measurements when conducting assessments or coaching sessions, technical administration, and provide you with communications about Zoé4life and our services. We also process your Personal Data in order to help us comply with the law (We may be required to disclose this data to third parties in the event of the fulfilment of a legal obligation, in particular pursuant to the Federal Act on the Supervision of Postal and Telecommunications Correspondence (SCIPT) and its implementing ordinances).
We only use your Personal Data so that we can understand you better to improve and personalize your experience when interacting with us.
Who can access your personal data and why?
We limit the disclosure of your Personal Data to others; however, we do need to disclose your Personal Data in certain instances and mainly to the following recipients:
- With your consent, third parties/partners engaged by us to provide services such as programs, and assessments/testing for your benefit, which are subject to appropriate protections. Any third parties or partners receive only the data necessary for the task entrusted to him/her and is bound by our confidentiality requirements.
What are your rights over your Personal Data?
Whenever we ask you to provide us with any Personal Data, you will be told why we need it and how it will be used. Your Personal Data will only be processed for the purposes set out in our Privacy Notice, or any other further purposes notified to you before the processing begins. If you choose not to provide Personal Data when we ask you, this may limit the services we can offer you. For example, if you do not provide your personal details, we cannot conduct your assessment/measurement/test.
In accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act, if you share Personal Data with us, you have a right to (i) request access (i.e. to ask us what data we have about you, and obtain a copy), (ii) ask for changes to be made or (iii) to have the data deleted. Cookies or other cookies are used and may automatically record personal information (e.g. IP address, browser or device used). These cookies help to make the use of the website more pleasant and to collect information for analysis purposes (see the Google Analytics chapter).
We remind you that search and navigation data may be processed for advertising targeting purposes. This data is then used, in particular, for purposes related to advertising, statistical measures, geolocalized advertising or analysis of the behavior of Internet users in order to personalize the advertising addressed to them.

Sharing buttons (social networks)
You can find buttons on our site to share content from our site on social networks. When you click on one of these buttons, your browser establishes a link with the corresponding social network. If you are logged into your relevant network profile, it may then record the fact that you have opened the relevant content page on our website.
Other technical means
We use – on a permanent or ad hoc basis – other analysis tools to better understand how Internet users interact with our site (e.g. a tool for tracking mouse movements on our pages that allows us to improve the layout of content and the quality of navigation).
The data collected is usually the Internet user’s IP address, the type of device and browser used. They do not allow us to identify an Internet user by name.
