Terms and conditions of membership of the Zoé4life Z'entrepreneurs club

Article 1: Purpose

The present terms and conditions define the terms and conditions of membership of the Club des Z'entrepreneurs de Zoé4life, hereinafter referred to as "the Club".

Article 2: Membership

1. Membership is open to any company sympathetic to our cause.
2. To become a member, each company must complete the following form a membership form and pay the annual membership fee of CHF 1,500, payable in one instalment, or 12 instalments of CHF 130.

Article 3: Membership fees

1. The annual membership fee is set each year by the General Meeting.
2. Membership fees must be paid by December 31 of the current year.
3. Before the end of each year, Zoé4life meets with its partner companies to discuss the continuation of their membership.
4. If you join during the year, the membership fee remains the same.

Article 4: Members' rights and obligations

1. Members must inform Zoé4life of any change of address or contact details.
2. Members can take advantage of the benefits listed on the website, under the heading "Club des Z'entrepreneurs", which are specially dedicated to them.
3. The membership fee is tax-deductible. After payment of the membership fee, each member receives a donation certificate. 

Article 5: Termination of Membership

1. Membership may be terminated at any time, in writing, without notice.
2. No refunds will be given.
3. Zoé4life reserves the right to expel a member in the event of behavior contrary to its values, disrespect towards its partners or non-payment of membership fees.

Article 6: Data protection

Personal information collected at the time of membership is processed in accordance with current data protection legislation. It is intended for the management of Club members and will not be communicated to third parties without prior consent.

Article 7: Modifications to the General Terms and Conditions

Zoé4life reserves the right to modify the present terms and conditions. Members will be informed of any modification by e-mail.

Article 8: Disputes

Any dispute relating to membership of the Club will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of Zoé4life.
