Terms and conditions of Zoé4life's Z'amis club membership

Article 1: Purpose

The present terms and conditions define the terms and conditions of membership of the Club des Z'amis de Zoé4life, hereinafter referred to as "the Club".

Article 2: Membership

1. Membership is open to anyone over the age of 16 who is sympathetic to the cause we are defending.
2. To become a member, each person must complete a membership form and pay the annual membership fee of CHF 120.

Article 3: Membership fees

1. The annual membership fee is set each year by the General Meeting.
2. Premiums must be paid within 30 days of joining.
3. A payment link is sent by November 30 of each year to renew membership for the following year, payable by December 31.
4. If you join during the year, the membership fee remains the same.

Article 4: Members' rights and obligations

1. Members must inform Zoé4life of any change of address or contact details.
2. Members can take advantage of the card benefits listed on the Club des Z'amis website.
3. The membership fee is tax-deductible. After payment of the membership fee, each member receives a donation certificate. 

Article 5: Termination of Membership

1. Membership may be terminated at any time, in writing, without notice.
2. No refunds will be given.
3. Zoé4life reserves the right to expel a member in the event of behavior contrary to its values, disrespect towards its partners or non-payment of membership fees.

Article 6: Data protection

Personal information collected at the time of membership is processed in accordance with current data protection legislation. It is intended for the management of Club members and will not be communicated to third parties without prior consent.

Article 7: Modifications to the General Terms and Conditions

Zoé4life reserves the right to modify the present terms and conditions. Members will be informed of any modification by e-mail.

Article 8: Disputes

Any dispute relating to membership of the Club will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of Zoé4life.
