In the event of registration by third parties of runners who are still minors, the organizer assumes that it has been authorized by the legal representatives of these minors.

2. The companies we commission to organize and manage the running of the event, to handle registrations (online and offline), to administer participant data, to collect payment, to time the event, to communicate results, to allocate race numbers and to provide advertising and information to participants, process data on our behalf and solely for our purposes. In accordance with the law, we are obliged to monitor the processing of data by these companies and to prohibit them from processing data for personal purposes or passing it on to third parties.

COMPETITION

4. Timekeeping is carried out by means of a chip integrated into the race number. Each participant must wear a bib corresponding to the category chosen (one bib per race, including "run for fun"). The organizer reserves the right to prevent a participant without a start number from taking the start. The race number must not be folded, and must be worn in a clearly visible manner, in its entirety, on the front of the torso. If this is not the case, the competitor will not be classified.

5. The instructions of the security service must be strictly observed. It is forbidden to accompany runners with vehicles of any kind, especially bicycles or rollerblades. It is also forbidden to run with a dog or any wheeled accessories/objects such as scooters, roller skates, inline skates, etc.
Only all-terrain strollers, jogging strollers, adapted wheelchairs and joëlettes are allowed on the 5km, 10km and walking courses, after contacting the organizer, with due respect for other runners and under each runner's own responsibility.

The organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant(s) who fail to comply with the rules. For safety reasons, it is not possible to participate in a wheelchair. The technical management of the organizing committee will make the final decision on disqualifications.

6. As running is an individual sport, no outside assistance of any kind is permitted. Shortcuts are forbidden. Parents are not allowed to run with their children in the "Run for Fun", Schoolchildren 1 and Schoolchildren 2 categories, except in exceptional circumstances, after approval by the organizer.

On-site registration is possible up to 1 hour before the start of the race, subject to availability. Anyone, including children, not running in their own category will not be classified.

8. Entries must be made via the Internet on the website of our partner Sport Chrono.

9. The organizer reserves the right, at any time, to disqualify participants without reimbursement of the entry fee if they have given false information regarding their personal data at the time of registration, or if they are suspected of having taken illegal substances (such as doping) prior to the start.

10. The organizer may set a maximum participation limit. Once this limit has been reached, any subsequent entries will no longer be considered. Entries are registered on receipt of payment.

11. If a runner does not take the start due to illness, with or without a medical certificate, he or she will not be entitled to a refund of participation fees. This does not apply to persons who have taken out insurance through Sport Chrono and who hold a medical certificate.

DATA PROTECTION

13. The use of personal data is governed by the applicable data protection declaration. The rider undertakes to make third-party data available to the organizer only if such third parties or their legal representatives are familiar with the data protection declaration and are authorized to do so under the applicable data protection legislation. The organizer may at any time request the rider to prove the fulfilment of the conditions - in particular the consent of third parties - within a certain period of time, and may, if this has not been done, withdraw from all contracts without further action.
