This helps avoid communication difficulties and facilitates reintegration into school.\u00a0<\/p><p>Few qualitative studies have been carried out to better identify these information needs and the tools required by families and teachers.<\/p><p><strong>In some patients<\/strong>This is particularly true for those with known brain tumors,\u00a0<strong>neurological complications affect children's quality of life<\/strong>. This has a major impact on the child's and teenager's ability to reintegrate. These include chronic fatigue and sleep disorders. There may also be problems with visuo-spatial memory, or a reduction in executive functions such as working memory, concentration or emotional control.<\/p><p>Aware of these problems, Zo\u00e94life is supporting a study recently launched in France.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chuv.ch\/fr\/dfme\/dfme-home\/enfants-famille\/specialites-medicales\/hematologie-oncologie-pediatrique\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CHUV<\/a>. The aim of this study is to better define the needs and characteristics of communication and therapeutic monitoring tools for these patients.<\/p><p><strong>The aim of this study is to enable the development of adapted tools and to offer them to children with other pediatric tumors.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e887a64 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e887a64\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Zo\u00e94life financed the entire study to the tune of CHF
