The child spends around 1-4 days in hospital.<\/p><p>That's why Zo\u00e94life helps families by providing financial support. Only the two largest hospitals, the CHUV in Lausanne and the Kinderspital Z\u00fcrich, are certified as pediatric oncology centers.\u00a0<strong>\"ITCC centers<\/strong>.\"<\/p><p class=\"lead\">THE ITCC (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #1f3664;\"><a style=\"color: #1f3664; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.itcc-consortium.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Innovative Therapies for Children with Cancer<\/a><\/span><\/span>) brings together the most specialized centers for innovative pediatric oncology in Europe. Zo\u00e94life supports these two Swiss centers and is a member of the ITCC Parents' Committee, mobilizing research players at Swiss and European level.<\/p><p>List of\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #1f3664;\"><a style=\"color: #1f3664; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.kispi.uzh.ch\/forschungszentrum\/forschungsgebiete\/onkologie\/innovative-therapien-klinische-studien\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">innovative treatment protocols available in Switzerland<\/a><\/span>for children for whom \"standard\" treatment has not worked.<\/p><p>List <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #1f3664; text-decoration: underline;\">d<a style=\"color: #1f3664; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/u-link.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Available clinical trials<\/a><\/span><\/span>\u00a0in France. href=\"https:\/\/siope.eu\/european-research-and-standards\/standards-of-care-in-paediatric-oncology\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">European Standards of Care<\/a><\/span>\u00a0recognize that a minimum of 30 new patients per year is required for a center to maintain its expertise in the field.<\/p><p>The Intercantonal Convention on Highly Specialized Medicine (CIMHS) provides the legal basis for the list of MHS hospitals, and defines the criteria that a service area must meet to be considered highly specialized.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div role=\"region\"
